Hey There!

I am Niroshni Gajendran, I am a Business Coach for entrepreneurs who are ready to build their Dream Business!

Here is a glimpse of my journey so far. I started my professional life as a lecturer of Law at a highly reputed University in Sri Lanka. I loved teaching but I knew I wanted to do more like most of you are feeling right now, so I started to venture into the business world.

I embarked on multiple business ventures and hold directorship in multiple companies in diverse industries ranging from technology, hospitality to event management. Here, I saw firsthand how the wrong mindset and/or strategy can kill even the best business ideas.

This is when I decided to combine my diverse business experiences with my educational expertise (Robbins - Madanes Trained Coach, Bachelor of Arts in Law and Business Studies - University of Warwick, UK, ADR-ODR Accredited Civil – Commercial mediator, UK and InADR Accredited mediator, USA) to help and guide entrepreneurs so that they don’t have to go through the same struggles.

I believe that mindset and strategy are two integral elements in creating a successful business. I combine proven business strategies, powerful mindset frameworks and strategic intervention to enable you to build your DREAM BUSINESS !!!
