7. Adapt and Improve
For long-term continuous success, you need to adapt and improve your sales strategy as per the needs of your customer and the business environment. Keep a close eye on your sales process and evaluate it regularly. Analyse what is working and what needs to be improved and make changes as necessary. Do not get attached to the process you have implemented.
